Upcoming Daylight Saving Time Changes

Search interest builds in the weeks before clocks change. These are the two dates that matter most for the October–November 2026 fall-back season in the northern hemisphere.

The US–Europe overlap week (25 October 2026 – 1 November 2026)

Europe is on standard time while most of the US and Canada are still on daylight time. Transatlantic gaps shrink by one hour for that week, then return after the US fall-back. A recurring transatlantic meeting that was booked for 10:00 in London may land at a different local hour in New York for that week unless you replan it.

Gap column shows the absolute time difference on the sample dates before Europe falls back, during the overlap week, and after the US fall-back.

Use the homepage meeting planner to compare working hours across cities and pick a time that still works after the clock change.

Regions that skip the northern fall-back

Many meeting-time questions come from places that stay on one offset all year. These regions do not observe the October–November fall-back in the northern hemisphere:

• India
• China
• Japan
• Singapore
• South Korea
• Brazil (most regions)
• Mexico (most regions)
• Arizona & Hawaii (US)
• Most of Africa

How daylight saving time changes work

Daylight saving time (DST) shifts local clocks seasonally, but countries do not all change on the same date. The calendar below uses each location's local transition time so you can see exactly when its UTC offset changes.
